Today’s episode focuses on how we can maximize efficiency with smaller church buildings. If you have any questions, please email Operations Pastor Daniel King at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Takeaways for Leaders:
Rather than going for larger, more expensive facilities, NLC chooses to go for smaller, more affordable facilities that may hold less people but with maximized use (i.e. more worship services, weekly events, etc).
How can we use this space as wisely as possible?
By offering more services, we’re allowing more people to attend with more options.
Leverage the building to get used throughout the week, outside of the weekends. Partner with organizations to use it during the week to connect with the community and steward resources that come in to make the greatest impact we can.
