Influence! July 29th, 2010
Leaders need to focus on things through eyes of influence rather than eyes of intention!
I’ve never sat down with a leader that said my intentions were totally wrong! Although most leaders intentions aren’t wrong, there level of influence is affected by their level of proficiency. Remember people don’t care about your intentions, they care about how they are affected by your level of poor or positive influence. Who are you influencing? I didn’t ask what your intentions are…who as a leader are you influencing towards Christ.
