Prayer request update September 23rd, 2009
As promised this is a quick update on Josiah, Daniel and Katherine. First Let me say the outpouring of love and support today has been mind blowing and the King family truly found comfort in that.
I just got home from Dartmouth children’s hospital and had a great visit. Because they moved across the country to be apart of NLC they have no family close by..thankfully the staff at NLC is tighter than most family’s. Daniel and Katherine are doing well…I was actually blown away by their attitude and could clearly see before my eyes how Jesus can give us a peace that surpasses all understanding. Josiah in my opinion had a great day…the first surgery went well…there are likely more surgeries to come and chances are they are going to be at Dartmouth hospital for quit some time. I will say this without going beyond my place…..Josiah has a lot of crap he is facing but Jesus is crazy about Josiah….it’s more than likely going to be a long road but I want to give Glory to God by saying that the first day of this long road was a success. KEEP PRAYING Jesus is answering them and I believe Josiah is going to be a big reason why many people put their Faith in Jesus.
I know that Daniel and Katherine are going to be spending a lot of money on food and probably lodging after Katherine is released. If you would like to bless them financially it would be huge! You can go to the NLC website and click give at the bottom of the page….write in the comment section that it’s for the King family and we will put it into their account that day. They live on a tight weekly budget and I don’t want money to be an issue.
Thanks for all of your prayers and support! Jesus is going to receive all the Glory…On days like today my eyes water, because so many different churches come together as one global church and trust one savior, one baptism and one Lord.
